If you got this warning:

simply change the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-earth.list so:

Google-Earth-Pro-Stable in Mint Ultimate Edition 18.3:
Places can be approached easily, and with it also functions Panoramio.

Mp4-audio-files can be simply converted in mp3-files with ultimate-edition-mp4tomp3. Load the files into the Home folder, open the Terminal:

mp4tomp3 --convert

Ultimate-edition-mp4tomp3 finds the files and converts the mp3-files in the Home folder.
