Should we update FireFox?

Postby WitchyWays » Thu Dec 29, 2011 8:33 am

Firefox came out with a new edition about 2 weeks ago. I think I might already know answer: now the FireFox we currently have has been tuned for Ultimate Edition , if I update ; that will override it, in effect take it out as an older package: correct? Now "IF" one was to do that what kind of usability would one lose? curios WitchyWays :?

Hello WitchyWays.

Here is something for you to know. ;)
for every foreword there is backwards right. ;)
So if you have update/Upgrade FF and it will not work good for you,
Then in synaptic you can delete FF (the new one) and install back the older one. ;)
Hope that is the WitchyWays. ;)

I think we should stick with an ESR version of Firefox as soon as it becomes available.

All this "update every week and break your plugins" seems too aggressive.
