When ever I try to download documents using firefox the attached is what I am seeing. How do I get over this? Not sure what this span thing is. Thanks guys.

What kind of documents are you trying to download, .pdf, .doc, .txt...?

Ya know what, never seen span before ether.

Some how some were something was changed , installed configured.

New one on me to.

google isn't shedding to much light on this just yet.

I think I would try deleting my .mozzila folder on home folder, remove firefox and fresh install first my self.

I would have to agree with Guru on this. I cannot find any info on Span either. Fresh install would be the best start.

span = student parent access network ??? I see underneath the box something to the effect " sample lesson plan" which appears to be a word document ??? is this what you are downloading, when you get this box? If so, you can choose to save the file, or you can possibly open it with Open Office? Just a guess on my part
