The program itself runs great thats not my issue. Wat i've said ealier is:
zombiewhisperer wrote:...I've installed Rosetta Stone through Wine and it works perfectly, but I still have to activate the discs for the lessons. . ....Linux sees it and can use it fine, but wine will not see it as a virtual drive...

Its not the program installation its the program not seeing mounted ISO files is my problem. I've spent hours in WineHQ, ubuntu forums and google to resolve this issue. I hope this explanation clarifies things to your understanding.

Hello zombiewhisperer .

OK and yes I follow the problem with the Time that I have now.
you need to activate the discs.
Q- Did you have install the MOUNT MANAGER?

If the Answer is yes it looks like there is bug with the mount of the Drive.

Q - what kind of Activation it is? serial/Genuine ?
If it is serial - just copy the serial to Doc and past into the lines.
If it is from the Kind of the Genuine - must mount the Drive for it.
If you can add screen shots from synaptic under search of "MOUNT",
so I can see what to add for you there to try and solve your problem, that can help.

Thank you.

I was able to resolve it myself with Gmount. After trying 5 other mounting apps this one mounted it in a way that the rosetta software could see the disc to install the language pack. I had some other issues afterwards, but thats an application error. I at least mounted the disc to where Wine apps can see it now.
