I'm having these issues too, but your script does not install anything into ~/gpg-fix. Did I miss something?

If you want to be on the cutting edge enable the backports:

This has been covered ad nauseum here at the forum. Go to Synaptic third party repositories and un check the offending ones or edit your /etc/apt/sources file:
