I too like several flavors. The fact is Building from Mint will not benefit the OS in any way shape or form. But from a small image and built up is were it's beneficial. Ultimate Edition need not to build from Mint to make a better OS. All thats needed is Thee to continue pushing releases and go in which direction he chooses. That sums up my point of view. Since when did u become touchy? Are you the Linux Mint spokesperson? lol...

:D :D :D I'm not touchy or anything but all I need is to make Ultimate Edition better and I'm not Mint spokesperson :D I like it that's all. But believe me something needs to be done to Ultimate Edition. Believe me the only roadmap out for Ultimate Edition is the suggetions I made above! Ultimate Edition 3.5 for instance is a mess and the only DE that worked for me was Unity it's very intrusive and ugly :D :D

I appreciate your suggestions and input. Everyone has opinions. But dont be too sure of yourself Brahim. It looks embarrasing and immature... I do want to apologize for being such a wise guy though. I find it hard to bite my tounge. You will get a good chance to mess with me this weekend. I plan on sharing my construction of Debian Sid based Rolling Release I call MicroLinux. It's default kernel is Liquorix, themed Ultimate, MATE and E17 Desktop, Emerald, with ownCloud and some preconfiged customizations. :geek:

You love quoting huh. It's over. I hope the Mint suggestions are also. Just kidding Brahim, nothing personal. But I do take it personal when someone thinks they have all the answers. You have your right to your own opinion, and I will leave it at that. I don't want to spoil your time here. I hope we can just get along... :?

Wow lol Believe me the only roadmap out for Ultimate Edition is the suggetions I made above! Sound familiar. And no I'm not religious. Just a NCO and Federal System Administrator of 12 years and have been working with Linux since 1996. WHat are your credentials? Are you 18 years old because your attitude resembles it? Well I prob stepped out of my boundaries here so I will stop. Good luck getting help with such arrogance...
