It works ( Rave)

All I did was -> turn the thing on !!
Found my MP160 printer -> so I Hit 'print' & out comes the Ubuntu test page -> in glorious colour :D

NO Drivers NO cd needed
it just works :D :D

who needs M$ ??.

It gets better. You can move a Linux hard drive to a totally different computer and it boots up and loads all the drivers at boot time. Try that with XP. All you will get is the blue screen.

This is the *only* distro that boots and loads my wireless flawlessly. Ultimate Edition 2.1 is perfect for me ;)

$#!%. If the motherboard is different you will run into IDE controller issues. It has nothing to do with the cpu. You can use an XP drive on a different computer, but you must first install the ide controllers that the installation disc came with(roll back to the original controllers from when you first installed XP). Then it will boot.
