OK, I see, go to synaptics package manager and install TestDisk then run it, that might restore your partition state...

I now running it in the terminalwindow do I need to create a new log file?

i get this when I do it:

No harddisk found
You need to be root to use TestDisk.

I did it... and he found my partitions :)
what do I need to do next? I don't want to f*** up again...
