mangoo wrote:hello to all,
i'm very new to ultimate edition.
3 days ago i came to know this beautiful ultimate edition.
now i have the iso but it's a bad download.
before the next download i would like to know something.
because 3 days and a bad download hurts a lot.
but i won't stop cause this 1.9 looks so much exciting.can't wait to get it
my system spec:
Intel pentium d 3.0 Ghz
ram: 512 mb ddr2
motherboard: intel 945gcnl
built in 128 mb graphics card
1 samsung writer and 1 asus dvd rom
is it enough for ultimate edition 1.9 32 bit.
Thanks a lot.
Special thanks to the creator of this.
cheers
Even though everyone looks at me as the creator of Ultimate Edition (it is the Ultimate Edition team), w/o beta testers, reality begins to fade, they deserve just as much credit as I do.
Now to take a trip right down your alley... I am modifying a tool called
Unetbootin (released GPL, it is the bomb they even tell you how to
modify it and stamp it with your distro as I have done, I have already created a deb (they did not have to tell me how to do this
for it for linux users and a exe for windows users) It is work in progress, will it be included in Ultimate Edition 2.0? Absolutely, no need for a DVD drive / CDrom drive any more, just because it says Ultimate Edition LiveUSB Creator, it does much more then that I suggest a read from the true authors
website, I love to give credit. A few shots to warm up...
- all versions will be listed (not totally done yet) Selection...
- Downloading Ultimate Edition 1.9 x86
- Injecting the thumbdrive.
- results...
Forum users will probably not see it until Ultimate Edition 2.0 release, "The Team" will have there hands on it well before. Sorry I do like things fully tested before the end users see it.
Thanks on behalf of "The Team",
