I would like to post, this concerns me for example... Ultimate Edition Themes x64 if force installed on i386 will hammer your usplashes (they are 64 bit specific) and vice versus for i386, I am unfamiliar with that package, I do wish you luck, do not be surprised if you have to re-install...
