Help & support for Ultimate Edition 1.8

Enlightenment

Postby Sno » Sat Aug 09, 2008 9:01 am

Hi All,

I have not run Enlightenment in years (E15 I think). But I noticed it in the Ultamatix script so I figured I would see how it's doing.... Then came the pop up window telling me it was highly experimental and could take down my system to the point of needing to reinstall the OS. :o Needless to say, I canceled it there since I just reinstalled after a drive failure and did not want to repeat the process so soon. So I was wondering if anyone out there has installed it and what issues you may have had???

I am currently running Ultimate Edition 1.8 x64.

Thanks for any input you can give.

Then the women got the vote, and everything went to hell..... Drinking and gambling and whoring were declared unlawful. All those things which come natural to men became crimes.

When I am actually smart (rare tho that may be) I will go into Acronis (my current favorite backup program) before I do software installs, configuration changes, tweaking, etc. When I am not smart, you hear a lot of blue language and the sound of things breaking.... all by themselves, of course.
