Help & support for Ultimate Edition 1.8

New problem

Postby moshe » Wed Jul 30, 2008 2:22 am

Ok, this one has me stumped.I (finally) got 1.8 reinstalled after I totally borked the thing a few days ago. Got Ultamatix installed and completed the gamers upgrade. Installed compiz and emerald theme manager. Compiz is working great except.......I am INSIDE of the cube looking out. All the sides look right and I have all my usual settings checked (I referred to my old settings that I wrote down) and I cannot figure out what I did or did not do to get here  On the plus side, I finally removed the last vestiges of M$ crap off the system and am running Ultimate 1.8 32 bit exclusively. This is the greatest OS I have ever worked with but, like others, if there's a way to goof up, I'll find it. Any suggestions?

Thanks, nick. I never looked at the details for the cube behavior before and not sure why the system defaulted to that view but now I am out of jail. :D I really hate being inside a box with no way out. Thanks again <BREW>
