Will there be a 64-bit version available or not because this is gamers version and most games are still only 32-bit??

No, Gamers is only available in 32 bit. But please note that you could obtain all of the games in Gamers edition via the Ultamatix script ("Ultimate Edition Script") in 64bit.

damn most of the time i forget to start up azureus... wow 30.7 gigs.... i'll need waaaay more downloaders off my server to get close to that.... wow.

Big V you should not have tried that I had 2 servers and had to shut one down dedicated to only the download of 1.8, why I try and leave it to the big boyz ccal and Paul, I have seen 1 3/4 TB used in 1 day. At least your server is still up

Over 600 gigs in 2 days. Unfortunately now our download speed here seems to be adversely affected...not sure why. Our pipe is definitely getting maxed out.

But our server won't crash anytime soon, I hope. Quad Core + 4 Gigs + 3 TB on RAID can handle a lot.

Were trying to switch traffic over to FTP, so all downloads from this point on will be FTP only. I have no clue what kind of speeds you all are getting, but I doubt they are very good. We have the fastest cable connection available, only other option is ATT U-Verse with the exact same speeds. Sorry about it but unfortunately with this kind of traffic theres not much we can do.

Please post what kinds of speeds your getting, etc. Thanks we appreciate it.

Sorry to all who were downloading on HTTP--our connection simply couldn't handle it. It was completely bottlenecked and I doubt any of you were getting very good speeds.

We've left FTP going, so please feel free to download from ftp://ftp.scienceprousa.com. You should be getting much better speeds there without the congestion.

if i have a 64 bit amd what should i do install 64bit 1.8 if i do that how do i get the gamer stuff or should i just download and install 1.8 gamers edition you posted. any help would be great im kinda new to this but right now i have normal ubuntu 8.04 but this looks much better so any help would be great....
