apt-get update error

Greetings,
I am trying to update Ultimate Edition 1.7. I clicked on the Ultimate Edition icon and let it do it's thing. After all said and done, I got a message stating that I should run apt-get update to fix some errors. When I run that in terminal, I get this message at the end

Did you read the Global announcement posted in every section about the Repositories being down?This might shed some light to your problem.

Sorry to kinda jump into here but just wondering. Does anyone know if the Update works now? Because it was last updated 5 March and seeing it's the 8th here I'm wondering if repo's are still being updated?

Sorry for the inconvinience, None have heard from TheeMahn in a few days, so I'm not sure. The only thing I could tell you is to try and run the upgrade script to the upgrade script (below) and see if it works for you. GOOD LUCK
