Hi
I am a KDE user I installed U.E 2.1 most impressed.
My suggestion is you give Evolution as the default mail reader but e-mail text is displayed as yellow on white this is unreadable.
If you want Evolution as the default mail reader (which I have used in KUBUNTU with no problems and like) then please adjust the displayed colours to suit.

Change the theme to one you like. It's that simple.

It is that simple I have just started with Ultimate Edition 2.1 and am still learning.
