Installing Printers in Version 3.6 [SOLVED]

Just installed version 3.6 a continual up grade from my original 2.3, but I'm presented with the problem there is no 'idiot' area to install a printer I tried Control pannel, System preferences and administration, even System tool all to no avail.. Where is the setup for printers hidden.

Ok Tried that, Installed all relevant files for HP and checked to see that they were recorded in Boot sequence but still no Printer option in Control panel

After much nashing of teeth and following your advice I installed all relevant printer files for my HP 1100a 1 at a time untill Bingo 1 worked and I now can print to my Hearts delight...Thanks....
