I figured I would open the door to this thread, you can rest assured I am not the only one currently running it. If I strive for absolute perfection I may have 1 or 2 builds left to do on it. It does have a few minor issues:

Supposed to be a UE3 logo where the cursor is.

Emerald is broken (note the missing right hand side of the window), this is no problem for me to fix.

I still await feedback from admin, mods and beta testers.

Just wait till ya start with Oneiric base. Trust me on this, natty was a cake walk in comparison as a base.
