All the experienced can now get a good laugh at this one! For the life of me, I can not figure how to get this program to do a blessed thing!!! Imagine that!!! I could put an OS together getting it to work good, but a simple program has me baffled! I have looked for information on it but have not come across anything written that details how to use it. My intentions are to use it to obtain icons for my DVD collection and make a little database so I can keep track of them. Now if someone knows of a way to get that program going or a better alternative, would be greatly appreciated! In the past have bought so many $1 special DVDs, ones with thin sleeves! Probably have around 50 and are so thin on the shelf, unless they are individually picked up titles can not be read. So many over the past 7 years of living here is incredible! Thought by now would have enough cash to buy a media player with a 4tb drive. Not the case now as cash is still tight, so just want to get a database going to figure where movies are and what we have! Thanks for any information on this as is greatly appreciated. Am a bit short on time as studying and part time volunteer work at school takes up my days!!!

I would not buy a 4TB drive. That is 4000 gbs of potential loss. Sure I would buy 4 single TB, or 3 1.5 TB, but say you get immenent failure, is your system prepared to move that?! Where? To another 4TB drive?!

Personally, I just take a picture of the movie and insert it into where the file is and preview.

Not sure if you understood what was saying Xan. See they have digital media players with a dedicated 4tb drive. Not saying on my system, too much strain for any OS to keep that amount of data and deal with daily routines! All I would do with my OS is dump the DVDs down to MP4s then transfer to the digital media player. Right now are about $400 and is out of my league until am employed again! Also would still keep the DVDs to play it safe. Just would be easier to scroll through a menu to find movies instead of several shelves as it is now! Instead of that method, since cash is not there have to rely on software and just create a database so I could at least know what movies I have, to avoid renting or buying duplicates! Have a decent memory, but to remember every single movies I ever saw or bought, just is not possible! Ryanvade, I thank you big time for this help!!! Really appreciated as time is a little short these days! Besides, school and apprenticeship, messing with my OS, am also back to putting the timing belt in my Celica! Not an easy feat! Better with the engine out, but should be alright as am halfway through it now! So thanks very much as just do not have the time to research lately!
