Is it safe to install Ultamatix??

I read on Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultamatix that "Developers and users of Ubuntu have also raised concerns that Ultamatix and Automatix could create longer-term problems, by installing packages in an 'unclean' manner that can prevent the entire Ubuntu system from being upgraded for security and other reasons. The original developer of Automatix has given some positive and negative comments" :D :D

At this point Ultimatix is inoperative due to dependency issues with python, Thee may have something in the works, but as far as I know, Ultimatix is on the back burner !
