Screen Freezes / video's

Postby july151981 » Fri Apr 08, 2011 8:34 pm

I have a Dell Latitude d820 and every time I try to watch a video in full screen it freezes up...I do not have a problem if i watch in the smaller screen...

I am a newbie and know very little about this system...I like it and need to learn the basic's.

If u need any further info...feel free to contact me.

Thank You

First off, NOT normal behavior by any means.

Second, I would suspect graphics driver first.

So detailed system specs please.
