Well, let's try this: Put the disc in and when you get to the bootloader(where you choose which kernel-you have to be quick here you only have a few seconds) hit Esc. Then e to edit and add one of these settings to the end of the kernel line i.e.VGA=769 save and boot!! Try the lowest one first and work your way up. This should load the Vesa video driver and give you a desktop.

I wasn't quite sure what your original problem was from your first post, but when you told me about the black screen later on I knew what it was. We are here to help you get rolling no matter what problems you have. And your English is fine. I was an office manager in Toronto, Canada for many years. There are quite a few Polish people that live there. In fact, I used to drink at a Polish bar on Roncesvalles Avenue which is where a lot of Polish people live and have meat shops(the best)!!! My favorite restaurant was called The Dancing Spoon(the best pierogies, holubtsi, and latkas in town). My ex was part German and Ukranian and made excellent Polish and German food.

: D Nice

Poles rarely write posts in international fora. A lot of people are unknown because the English language does not use it every day. The last lesson I had in 2000 and now I have to use interpreters because I lack the words

People normally use in our Windows XP and for some time trying to share with friends and people realize they are cheaper solutions
But in order to be able to help themselves, we must learn not wail and strive to have answer for everything.

And so I found myself here

That is my town at night
