will not play dvd movies [SOLVED]

Please point me in the right direction, when i try to play dvds i amtold i need a decryption librarie, have the system up to date. where do i find these librarys?

I think it's the same in 3.2. You need to go to Synaptic and search for libdvdcss2, and add it. It's not auto-installed because it might be illegal in some countries.

Thank you It fixed the issue. I am a relative newbie to linux so I am still working in the learning curve, do not plan on going back to windows so all help is appreciated
