Hello,
First of all great looking distro based on the LiveCD - thanks for the new release.
Sadly when I go to actually install the operating system, it crashes during "Creating User" phase of the installer. It crashes everytime and is repeatable. I have filed a bug over at launchpad since aport caught it.

If this bug can be triaged and fixed it would be helpful, since I'd really like to set this as my default operating system.

I didn't have any trouble installing it, It could be a bad rom. Try to redownload it, maybe by direct link? And eburn it to a new blank disk, or from a usb flash drive.

You do mean a live DVD don't you?
3.2 won't fit on a CD!
If it's a DVD burn, try another one-your disc could have a bad sector on it or it could be the download.
Alternative option-buy a pre-burned DVD from Linuxcd.org.

I can burn another to test, but I use brasero and it successfully verified. Plus I'm using other distro without having the issue using the same DVDs. Thanks for the response anyways.

Mine crashed too. I created a Live USB installer and played with it on my netbook, found nothing wrong, even my Wi-Fi, which was not functioning, was working again, so I decided to do a fresh install to replace Ultimate Edition 2.7 (another great OS). Two third into installing, it crashed on ubiquity. I also filed a bug report at launchpad but was not able to get the number.

I was having similar issues and tried no acpi and nomodeset and seems sluggish but to this point seems to be installing. Done with file copy. Will follow up if successful (or not for that matter)
