3.2 x64 Install vs Live CD Multi Monitor Issue

Postby Vertig0 » Tue Mar 20, 2012 9:50 am

I noticed I when i put in the live cd prior to install , i had multi monitors right off the whoop, but after i installed the OS. In the display config in system tools it dosn't show my monitor brand names or gives me the option to mirror or setup seprate displays . I have a nivida 220gt 1gb ddr3 card with 3 video outs vga, dvi, tryied activeating both driver options but no luck. The only thing i need for work is multi monitor and i can use it as my everyday os , im not much of a gamer and windows constantly makes me disgruntaled. I had 3.0 installed prior to this everything worked great excp it would freeze every 30 mins or so no mater what i did, so when i saw 3.2 i was very hopeful that i wouldnt have freeze problems which im not. (thankyou dev team) Im kinda of a linux noob, but capable of following instructions :). Any idea what might be causing this ??
