I dont like animated wallpapers very much I use conky and shortcuts on my desktop and with animated wallpapers they are not visible.
So to give you answer on your question no sorry I'm not that far yet and not e fan of it, so I will most likely stay with static wallpapers.
If you mean that the wallpaper's have to change after sum time I don't now yet how to make that but will take e look add it, Greetz

long time ago i tested elive and I have not pursued this any further I think this one used desktop environment enlightenment it look's good but that is so what the time that i found Ultimate Edition and stayed with gnome so for the moment i cant help you.
