On my Mac I use iTunes to encode my Audio CD's to m4a format. What is the best way to do this in Linux? I tried Banshee and was unable to find an option to encode to m4a. Is it possible to encode with Banshee to m4a format? Any other options I can try? I tried Sound Juicer but am getting some strange behaviour. I have a six CD box set I want to encode. When I put the CD in the computer drive, SoundJuicer sees it but presents a list of all the songs for the entire six CD's instead of just showing the list of songs for the CD that is in the drive. If there is a way around this, let me know.

Bottom line is that I want to be able to insert an audio CD into my computer, have it encoded into .m4a format, eject the CD and repeat the process.
