Dany-Lisiansky I want two 24" monitors and a keyboard mouse and speakers.
I also would like to overclock the set up but do not know how.
I will also want it to be water cooled and will probably go with Micro center, Amazon and Fry's electronics if there is any other cheaper store let me know.

you want to much from 3,000$
A good core i7 based computer+good video costs around 2000$

so choose what you want to buy from this mony (maby 2 screens is too much, you don't really need wc?)

so, as for the case, you have some options:
Antec Twelve Hundred
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 (I have this case)
COOLER MASTER COSMOS s
LIAN LI PC-P80

I gave you well-known cases, all full tower, and all support 3X120 radiator.
you have also TT mozart TX (case that I searched all over my country), it's a huge case.

I do not know exactly what the costs of my computer as I bought different parts at different times, but I don't want to talk about my computer costs.

As I already said, good core i7 based computer plus 2 good video card (SLI, CF don't really like linux) costs aruond 2000$.

WC with good Radiator+6 good fans if you want quiet fans, it even costs more), costs around 1000$

about the screens,I recommend you from my personal experience to buy samsung T240.

Speakers, Mouse and keyboard can cost beatwen 300$ up to 2000$, it's all about you needs.
I personally recommend to spend a lot on quality mouse, as it's one of the most used thing in the computer.

Sorry, but I really have to go so I will continue later.

I reccommend http://www.newegg.com

They have excellent pricing service second to none and a great interface and supply. I am the buyer for our IT dept. and I've tried Frys and Microcenter and keep coming back to newegg. If I need a widget NOW, I may hope in the car and run over to microcenter, but for big purchases you can't go wrong with newegg
