Firefox for main browser although sometimes swap to Chromium for speed.

If by Apps you mean anything then;

1. Compiz + Emerald
2. AWN
3. PCMan file manager
4. The GIMP
5. Terminal

Firefox
Cheese for snapping pictures from the webcam I sell lots of stuff on line
Gimp I use this a lot!
Libreoffice I use this a lot!
Brasero
Compiz is always running, I love the eye candy!
Rhythmbox I also purchase music over Ubuntu one.
