Messaging Menu not there? [SELF SOLVED]

Postby DutchShrek » Wed Mar 07, 2012 9:00 pm

I can't seem to find the MessagingMenu in the applets.
From what I understand it used to be in the Indicator Applet. The one I'm talking about is the little envelope.
Am I missing something or was it removed?

The reason I ask is because it's supposed to have the ability to integrate with Gmail and since CheckGmail isn't working right for me I figured I'd try that.
I believe it also should have the ability to add skype among other things

Ps; I have Ultimate Edition 3.01

edit; I think I found it. After searching some more I found a mention of "indicator-messages", which wasn't installed. So after installing that I now have that little envelope with a gmail notifier
