Should I upgrade to Ultimate Edition 3?

Hi all,
I am using ultimate edition 2.7 and is working well...I am using on daily basis...Should I upgrade to Ultimate Edition 3? and what is new in 3 not present in 2.7????? will it be a new install?

Ultimate Edition 3 is based upon Ubuntu 11.04, the latest released version Ultimate Edition 2.7 is based on 10.04 LTS. Also 2.7, as all odd numbered releases, has several GUIs available, 3.0 will have only Gnome. All Ultimate Edition releases require fresh installs, but it's pretty painfree. My suggestion is if it works don't fix it. 2.7 is a solid release and since it's based on a Long Term Support release will not be obsolete for a long time.
