Just came from Distrowatch. I It 3.0 is official. I would like to thank THEE for putting up with all the whining, I personally apologize if I offended you at all Thee Mahnn, I did have faith in you. And I had a feeling which way you were heading with Ultimate. Mint was the only logical choice. Great job!!!!!

Well I am downloading it now as I write this post but we were told the long wait was due to making it perfect "works right out of the box" Distro. Maybe not perfect but pretty close. Apparently from what I am reading on this forum that isn't the case. There are still issues with ATI drivers and networking. I'll install it in VMWare to test it out. Just my two cents.

Not sure anyone OFFICIAL said that. How `bout downloading/installing then see, yes? :roll:

I tried installing it in Virtual Box and it got stuck on the opening screen. I'll try VMPlayer next.
