I've managed to connect using wvdial, but it must first connect in windows, then restart your PC and go to linux, because my desktop is dual boot PC. This tedious if you must to connect in windows first. Anyone can help replace this step this the screenshot:

2. use the sudo modprobe of detection from lsusb (e.g) kasir@asongan-laptop:~$ sudo modprobe usbserial vendor=0xe8d product=0x3
3. sudo wvdial conf
4. editing wvdial.conf @ # gedit /etc/wvdial.conf
so be like this:
[Dialer Defaults]
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0 (adjust from sudo wvdialconf)
Modem Type = USB Modem
Baud = 9600
New PPPD = yes
Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0
ISDN = 0
Phone = #777
Password = my pasword provider
Username = my username of my provider
Auto DNS = 1
Stupid Mode = 1
Auto Reconnect = off
5. Then connect use sudo wvdial
