Thank you Nick,that's what I was looking for long time. Being a lazy man and an ignorant I tried first with automatic tools like:kompile,debian creator,debianpackagemaker,alien,etc. You are already a such inspiration to me. :D

One thing I would like to point out is permissions within the deb as well as removing hidden ~ files prior to building, a nice tool to analyse debs is Lintian (sudo apt-get install lintian).
