First thing - Welcome to the Ultimate Edition forums, and Ultimate edition itself! 8-)

Could you please post back with some information about your Hardware - CPU, RAM, Drives, Video Adapter, etc... ? :?:

Just a few more questions, if you don't mind:
Which version of Ultimate Edition are you trying to install?
Did you check the MD5SUM for the version you downloaded and verify your DL copy is not corrupted?
Did you burn to a DVD, and if so, did you make sure your DVD Burner was set to burn at it's SLOWEST speed - ie 4X or 6X? (Some DVD Burners will not go down to 4X, but if you specify it as some low number like 4X, it will usually default to it's slowest speed - my Plextor will only slow to 8X, my Sony will go all the way to 2X. The slow speed is usually necessary to insure a good and error free burn - that is assuming your DL file has been validated with MD5SUM).

sijusuresh,
I have been searching for some info on your error, and all my results seem to be related to an error with the sound on the PC. However, I have not actually seen the same error message in any of the results.
Could you tell me if your sound is working correctly? Have you done any sort of configuration for the sound since the install? :?:
I'll keep searching, but let me know if your sound is OK or not...
