Not going well so far :|

OGMRip doesn't work. Just keeps giving long technical errors when it starts with the video stream.
DVD:Rip is a Fail.
K9Copy can make mpreg4 but it is unable to do the X264,aac combination I need it to be to be able to play it on my PS3.

Ok got one that works. AVIdeMux. Capable of doing the X264 , AAC combination I needed. And it can take multiple input files of same format and join them together to 1 output file if you want to that is a huge plus :D

Only 1 thing that I am wondering now. Maybe the codec experts can tell me why this happens. Whenever I convert a movie to mp4 with any codec it takes about 40 minutes which is about right for my pc. But the when I use X264 for the convert the same movie takes almost 5 hours. This is only on 1 pass. Why is this and is there something I can do to improve the performance ?

Hello Mazal.

This is the way that the software cover one part in the best way ,
and other process are not that good.
Let see now if you have add all the support you need there on your system.
I can't see all what you have install on your machine to support the Multimedia,
but all comes to 2 points:
1- decoder.
2- encoder.

aacplusenc
aacgain

see if you have all those packages install on your machine please.

Hello Mazal.

I do not anything , I just ask you to if you please ;)
And well part of your solution is to install all the support in the Multimedia = correct.
please look into the Multimedia Guide,
There you have all the support that you need to install on your machine.
Down all the Doc's from there & install all the support that you see there if you please.
