vm virtualbox not detecting USB devices?

Hi Admin-Amir,
After installing and rebooting, I am in problem sir. When I open any window, it opens in full screen and I cannot see the close and minimize buttons anymore. I tried to decrease the size but useless. All I can see that on-screen keyboard is installed and one fone icon in upper bar. When I click on that it says not connected although my windows phone connected by USB.

I killed the compiz but the problem has worsened. The windows have sticked to each other. With much difficulty I removed the process manager to answer you.

Thanks Admin-Amir once again.
I have un-installed everything but the problem still the same. Rather worsened. Now I have lost the wireless icon in the upper bar although I am connected. And windows are still the same. No close and minimize buttons. I have restarted several times. There is one icon (new) in the upper bar which was not present before which is on screen keyboard and marked as CW, I don't know how to remove that. Otherwise I removed everything.

well that was my point to see that there is real mess on your machine.
If Deb is not install the packages ...

I will ask you to Reinstall your system ,
and After you do that please use the multimedia Guide.
You just can't work with the system properly ,it is A mess there.
So please install the system from the start , follow the Upgrade of the Kernel,
Follow the Multimedia Guide,Follow the Ubuntu Tweak Guide and you will be fine.
Then we can fork out your issue with the USB - to solve it.
It just looks very bad like it is now.
Be sport and spend the time to Reinstall the system and add all the support for the system please.
