kde seem to work fine but..

hey all e5ofesmatrix here i have been a linux fan for more that a decade and have install i sure more than i care to say. i myself like kde i will admit it can be overwelming at time with all the bells and wistle but my issuse here is that ultramax run in gnome only and been havin issuses with software center both work fine in gnome but fail to run in kde is that they are strickly for gnome are there ways to port it over to kde or what is the case

Hello e5ofesmatrix and welcome to the U.E Forum.
I think that you have install the old Ultamatix package.
Try to install this package in Gnome , then see if it will work for you in KDE.
