i have downloaded 2.7, installed it and it looks fine. i installed my broadcom drivers for my laptop and all is ok. however when i want to go online on my laptop i have to type in my router password, that's ok, but it seems to fail when i type? the digits don't appear on screen and as a result no connection. it feels like the OS stutters when i type and it does not allow me to go to another desktop when using synaptic or when i'm on the net.

Hello witblits1970.

Please look on the Guide for the installation of U.E 2.7.
There is the part that talk about the how to configure the Network options.
You will need to configure the wireless for your connection - It's in there for you.
broadcom 43xx has A problem on bug fix , and it was not solve yet = eth 0 .

So you need to configure the wireless to work for you = no problem with this connection.
please follow the Guide and it will take you there safely.

Is there any support for the Linksys / Cisco WUSB600N... I am trying to get a client laptop to function and seem to be having trouble with this device.

Thank you in advance

Hi.

I have a DSL connection, and everything is Ok. However each time I login I got a request for the admin password, in order to auto-connect.

is there a way to avoid this? in previous versions it asked me this at first boot and gave the option to "remind" the authorization and done: it auto-connected by itself at each login. That's what I like to set here in Ultimate Edition 2.7.

Thanks for help.
