Hi wolfgar - Welcome to Ultimate Edition Central.
I agree with Admin-Amir, however everyone is different. A few points you may wish to consider though.
When software is upgraded, looking at the release number gives you an indication of what kind of an upgrade it may be. In this instance, we are going from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1. If the version number increases in only the far right digit (ie 0 has gone to 1) this tells you it is a minor upgrade probably relating to a bug fix. If the middle digit increases, it's normally indicative of a feature addition. The left digit normally tells you that it's a big upgrade/change.
In this instance, if you're like me and want the latest of everything then upgrade away. If you're limited for bandwidth and if your Openoffice.org is working fine, then stay put and save your bandwidth as it is only a minor bug fix.
I hope this explains upgrades a bit.
