How to Stop NTFS partition mounting on boot ?-[SOLVED]

Postby jeddaboy » Tue Mar 16, 2010 6:48 am

I used NTFS configuration tool to mount a ntfs access a ntfs partition. Now the partition is showing on the desktop. Trouble is it has slowed down the time it takes to load the desktop at login, considerably. How do i reverse the operation so as its not auto mounting. I can only unmount it by "browsing as root". But of course its there again upon reboot. Thanks in advance. :?: :o
