Install live cd crash -Reading the partitioner stops at 47%

Hi..

I've got at problem.
Right now i'm runnen win 7 and ultimate 2.2.
I tryed with the 2.4 gamgers and with the 2.5 non-gamers, at both stopted at this place (look picture).
- I burned it at the lowest speed, so what's wrong, something with the live installer??
I downloadet it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ultimateedition/files/ so i can't see the problem??

I'm not af computer noob but i'm new at this Linux stuff, can anyone help me.. :)

Can you give us some system specs....that does help....

Using Linux ultimate 2.2 (but right now i'm on the 2.5 live cd)
AMD Athlon(TheeMahn) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+
Mem: 3024 MiB

I used active iso burner to burn it...

Hello RoXeye and welcome ! <BREW> , Depending on the size of you HD this might take some time, but not an extravagant amount, Do you see any activity, with your HD or DVD during this time ? How long have you let it run at this point before aborting the install ? Also what are your system spec's, This would help in aiding you with this issue :ugeek:

After the download did you check the Md5sum...?
or the right on the burn,,,?

My linux is installed on af 100gb harddrive..
- maybe i should remove my linux from windows disk manager and then try on a empty harddrive.. Cuz then there isn't anything to load.. Do you understand my english??

The install was on for 1 hour before i stoped it, i think that should be enough for reading the partiotions :)

Isn't this my spec's

i just download the iso don't know what Md5sum is and what to do... The 2.2 edition works, and it's from the same server.. only having problems with the 2.4 therfore i'm trying 2.5, but same problem

I am suspecting either a bad burn or a bad download....another option also is to disconnect all your non essential usb's.....and p.s.....welcome to Ultimate Edition.....we will get you in the saddle... ;)
