It is not advised to upgrade from one version of Ultimate Edition to another. I know that
TheeMahn is working on a way for this to be accomplished in the future, but at this time the upgrade of one version to another is froth with major problems and is not recommended.
BTW: I used the Unetbootin (the windows version in Win XP Pro) from this link, just a couple of days B4 Xmas to install Ultimate Edition 2.5X64 with incident or error" from my SanDisk 4.0GB thumb Drive:
