Ultimate Edition 2.5 x64 how to make it remember authorizations????

In Ultimate Edition 2.3 it was possible to set authorizations to access the windows partition of the hard drive permanently.
My son is a non-administrator user in Ultimate Edition but needs access to his windows stored data.
Any ideas?
