Install Backtrack 4 Applications and Repositories in UU2.5

OK folks, I'd really be very gratefull if you could help me to get the Backtrack applications into my applications menu, and also get the Backtrack repositories into my UU 2.5.
I'spent a few days going through Google and even asked those "kind",not, people at Backtrack to help but there much to high and mighty to help someone who wasn't born with "the Backtack secret pass",
I've seen it done but theres something about a GPG key that I dont understand and also you have to do something with a pearl script to make gnome desktop run the KDE apps??
I'm not a newb but a struggle with some things, Cab and Cell helped before with some issues and explained things very well and easy to follow, Iwould be over the moon if some-one would help me PLEASE,
Also I bet theres a few other UU users that would like the option of using Backtrack tools in this already brilliant distro......To me Ultimate Ubuntu and Backtrack together I couldn't use another distro as long as I live!! and if so, be very detailed as to where you are having issues. Is it just the GPG key?

Flamed aint the word,and my reply got me told off!
Thanks a lot for helping, and yes you got it, that was the one I tryed doing but I struguled with if I had a proxy or not, then the gpg key thing and it just could of been better explained.
I managed to get the repositories in but could not get the Backtrack tools into my Applications underneath accesories.
If you or anyone has the time to tell me what exactly to do , I'd really be grateful..Also the part about the pearl script got me and thats probally what messed it up, I didn't understand how to put the script on what?, or where, ??

any easier for me PLEASE I know that I was soooo close but something messed it up but at least I ended up reinstalling 2.5, instead of 2.3, And so I'm now ready to try again....many Thanks..deeds3353..

Just hope you can maybe explain it a bit easier than the web page "Micks Mix", but that is exactly what I would like, Please, maybe there are other people that could benifit from this post as I know a lot of people that like Backtrack, but find Ubuntu easier to use!....Thank you, all, for the quick response and help, I'm very grateful

Sorry I misunderstood the app in question.I was thinking of backintime.

So Backtrack eh?That's an whole different distro...not just a couple of apps.

Cell , I know but its debian based and if you look at the insert in my first post it can be done and it would be so usefull to me , I'm just struglin with the getting it in there!! haha

Can you look at thhe page I put in above, its caled "Mick Mix", and he shows it installed in ubuntu 9.10.
