KDE how to quit? [SOLVED]

Postby saiyuki » Sat Dec 12, 2009 7:42 am

Hi. After a session with KDE i wanted to quit, but selecting 'Leave' from the menu presents me with:

Logout
Lock Screen
Switch User
Sleep
Hibernate

To actually quit, i find myself logging out of KDE, logging into Gnome and then quitting. There must be a simpler way :?

Regards

[EDIT] i was using the old KDE menu and not the Slab menu

Try Alt+F4 or Strg (Crtl)+Alt+Entf (Del). Ant try to scroll down in the menu.

thanks for the info, it works great. Is it a bug in the default KDE menu not being able to shut down directly?

Oh, merry xmas btw <BREW>
