"Re: Ultimate Edition 2.5 has been Released" is the latest thread. I am recognized as being logged in at the bottom of the screen, I have decent Forum "Karma" but am not allowed to reply. This isn't new for me, but is getting old.

Yep, same for me in the 2.4 has been released thread. I posted a comment once but since then the 'post a reply' and 'quote' buttons are not visible. This isn't new to me either.
I can post in other areas.....though I suppose that's obvious since you're reading this ;)

OK ! I'm not going crazy !! :o I have this issue as well !! on some threads, I have found if you go to the main page (not "view active topics") then to where ever the post would be (General discussion) and go to that thread , There you will have the "Quote" and "post a reply buttons" :geek: :)

Yeah I have tried to re-navigate to posts by a different route and have had some success, but no matter how I try with '2.4 has been released' I don't get the buttons.
In fact I'm gonna try now.....

EDIT: All buttons available! able to post...... you could have put money on that happening :roll:
