software sources

having a problem here....cant access my software sources...i keep on getting this message from about sunday that another software source is running when i try to access them...however, no other software source is running; not that i can see anyways....where can i go to stop this? cant even update my system..give me some help please..thanks

i have reboot and shut down more than 20 times now and the problem remains my friend

dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
getting the above message when i try to upgrade even though i have been doing it since sunday

been running it from sunday in terminal but the prob remains
