Error on booting install/LiveCD

I downloaded Ultimate edition 2.4 and burned it to a DVD.

Connected a CLEAN unpartitioned HDD into the computer alone. (SATAII)

Get the boot menu and choose Install (First Option)

Get the Ultimate Edition loading splash screen, but when i hit ESC I see a line of "stdin: error 0"
it repeats down the screen until it dumps me out to a prompt and nothing else.

any ideas?

What is your system specs......
could have a bad burn or a bad download....?
Oh.....and ps....welcome to Ultimate Edition....

I'm reburning the DVD at a slower speed now... let's see if this helps.
I tried booting the last DVD on my laptop with the same results.

Right now i've got win 7 and ultimate 2.2...

I'm using the live cd, hit install on the desktop.. Go through every step, but when it comes to my partition, the loading process stops at 47% every time... And just for fun i tryed to update but it didn't work..

Can anyone help me???
