Hello everton .

Please add those sources to your source list and save.

OR

Code: Select all
gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Code: Select all
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/loell/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/loell/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

then close the sources list, open terminal:

everton,

Did you Restart your machine after the installation?
If not, please Restart the machine and then look for it under Applications OR System=>Administration
OR system preferences.
and tell me if you got it.

BTW- this is the package:
http://linux.softpedia.com/progDownload ... -9936.html

you have inside the file install.sh there you have to go to permission and allow executing,
then click on the install.sh and let it run in the terminal.

A trick. start up Synaptic, do a search for gyachi. But instead of the usual install (oh, do make sure it's installed!) you should have a tab near the bottom of the Synaptic window entitled "installed files" - I am doing this from memory and am not in Ultimate Edition at the moment. You should see where the files installed. Then browse to the folder and use it from there! I usually create a shortcut and drag it to my desktop.
