When releases Ultimate Edition 2.3 Gamers Edition and btw. when releases Ultimate Edition 2.4?

maybe is a lil thing, but...
at the boot screen in the 2.3 gamers, it writes : 2.4
at the boot screen in the 2.3 gamers, it writes : 2.4

Is there going to be a 64bit version if not where can i get a copy of the 2.4 theme pack tried searching
if not i prob going to install 2.3 64bit clean install and put the theme on and install all the updates and games
(i have time world of warcraft servers are down)
